Store Executive / Manager

ERP Operations & Inventory Management

• Maintain real-time inventory and purchase data using the organization's
• Process and log Good Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and Stock Ledgers.
• Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile any variances in the.
• Monitor reorder levels and ensure zero-stock situations for critical items.

Procurement & Purchasing

• Raise and track Purchase Orders (PO) based on indents and approved production plans.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, price negotiations, and quality compliance.
• Verify incoming material against invoices, delivery challans, and PO specifications before storing.
• Resolve purchase discrepancies, billing issues, and defective material returns with the accounts department.

Store Operations

• Oversee the safe storage, handling, and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Enforce strict security protocols regarding the receipt and issuance of goods.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock aging, consumption, and financial reporting for management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors Degree
• Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement, issue , despatch and storekeeping.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP Systems and advanced MS Excel.
