Our Client a premier heavy industry company backed by a 50-year legacy industrial group, operating a large-scale manufacturing plant needs -

Post : Stores Executive / Store Keeper

Location : Dharwad, Karnataka

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain or Material Management

Experience : 8 years

Salary : 12 LPA

Job Profile

• Manage day-to-day plant store operations, material receipts, inspections, storage, and issues as per company protocols.
• Maintain optimal minimum/maximum stock levels for critical spare parts and consumables; perform physical inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare and update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, stock registers, and daily ERP inventory records.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts teams regarding material availability and delivery status.
• Enforce proper material storage practices, safety norms, and good housekeeping within the store premises.
• Identify non-moving, slow-moving, or obsolete stock and submit periodic consumption and stock reports.
  
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Stores & Inventory Control: Minimum 10 years of experience managing industrial plant stores and spare parts.
• ERP & ERP SAP: Practical knowledge of SAP/ERP inventory modules and computer operations (MS Excel).
• Industrial Spare Knowledge: Strong technical familiarity with mechanical/electrical spare parts, consumables, and raw materials.
• Documentation: Hands-on experience preparing GRNs, gate passes, stock ledgers, and audit reports.
