Compensation: 8 LPA to 15 LPA + High-Performance Incentives

Location: Mumbai

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Premium/Luxury Retail Management
• Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management & Clienteling
• Proven ability to drive high sales, manage KPIs, and run tight operations
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills
• Stellar communication and stakeholder management abilities
