Compensation: 5.40 LPA - 15 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Location: Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Premium/Luxury Retail Management
• At least 2 years of experience in a team handling role
• Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Clienteling
• Proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and manage store operations effectively
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Age: Up to 36 years

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing store teams
