Store assistant (m/f/x)

Beckhoff implements open automation systems using proven PC-based control technology. The main areas that the product range covers are industrial PCs, I/O and fieldbus components, drive technology, automation software, control cabinet-free automation, and hardware for machine vision.

We are a representative office in Wagholi, Pune, India, and we are actively expanding our team and looking for a suitable store assistant.

Responsibilities

• daily warehousing operations, inward, outward, inventory and returns
• stock checking and verification on weekly / monthly basis.
• maintain serial number data with sale invoice.
• dispatching material to customers by verifying purchase orders
• ensuring the dispatch as per the SO by following the FIFO method
• maintaining dispatch records (daily & monthly)
• record keeping of inward/outward documents & dispatch documents
• coordination with sales team
  
  

Qualifications

• experience: freshers can apply
• graduate
• mandatory knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• highly motivated self-starter with good organizational skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and work cross-functionally
• team player with the ability to work independently when required
