Store and Dispatch Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw materials, bought-out items, crane components and spare parts.
• Check material quantity against PO, challan and required specifications.
• Maintain proper material identification, tagging, storage and location.
• Manage stores for EOT crane spares, electrical items, mechanical components and consumables.
• Issue materials to Production against authorized Material Requisition / BOM.
• Maintain stock records, inward/outward entries and ERP updates.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about shortage/reorder requirements.
• Coordinate with Production for material availability as per manufacturing schedule.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, packing lists, challans and invoices.
• Coordinate packing and loading of complete EOT cranes, girders, hoists and crane components.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement, loading and dispatch follow-up.
• Maintain dispatch records and transporter details.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
• Maintain proper 5S, housekeeping and safety in Store and Dispatch areas.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts and Project/Site teams for material and dispatch requirements.
