Job Description Store Alliance Executive (FMCG, B2B Sales) Employment Type: Full-time | On-field Role Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard suitable retail stores as partner outlets for BigBaskets Quick Commerce operations.
• Conduct daily market visits to pitch BigBaskets partnership model to store owners, explaining business benefits and resolving their queries effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners to ensure successful tieups and longterm partnerships.
• Complete necessary documentation and agreements as per company guidelines for partner onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams for store branding, activation, and compliance with display/branding standards.
• Monitor partner store performance regularly and ensure adherence to operational policies.
• Address daytoday concerns of store owners and provide timely solutions to strengthen business relationships.
• Submit accurate reports, updates, and market feedback through mobile field reporting tools.
• Travel extensively within assigned territory to maximize network expansion and business coverage.
