Role Summary:
Oversee all store operations, inventory management, and stock control activities. Ensure efficient material handling, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company procedures.
What Youll Do:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels
- Supervise store personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and project teams for material planning and availability
- Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Prepare inventory, stock status, and MIS reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with FIFO, LIFO, and inventory control processes
- Coordinate with vendors and transport teams for material receipts and dispatches
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within store premises
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- 9-10 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations, or inventory control
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory reporting tools
- Knowledge of material handling, stock reconciliation, and audit processes
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and coordination abilities
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience handling large-scale inventories and multi-location warehouses
- Knowledge of inventory audits and compliance requirements
- Certification in Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Inventory Management
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field
