Storage Qa Engineer

Required Skills : 

Must Have :

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching, VLANs, etc.).
• Experience in IPTables management and firewall configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Virtualization.
• Good understanding of:
  
• Storage architectures
• Storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, NFS, SMB/CIFS, etc.)
• RAID concepts and implementations

Good to Have :

• Experience in System Testing and End-to-End (E2E) Scale Testing.
• Exposure to performance benchmarking and scalability validation.
• Automation experience using Shell/Python scripting.
• Knowledge of enterprise datacenter infrastructure operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Linux-based systems in enterprise environments.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot networking components and services.
• Manage and maintain firewall rules using IPTables.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
• Administer and support VMware virtualization platforms.
• Work with storage technologies, storage protocols, and RAID configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve infrastructure and performance-related issues.
• Document operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech IT/CS/EEE/ECE/Mech/MCA/MCS.BCS/BCA/ME/MTech-CS/IT
