Experience: 12 years to 17 years Must-Have:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise storage solutions using NetApp, HPE 3PAR, Netgear NAS, and Dell EMC platforms.
• Lead storage provisioning, migrations, technology refresh, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Architect and administer enterprise backup solutions using Commvault, OpenText Data Protector, and Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM).
• Design backup policies, retention strategies, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for storage, SAN, backup, replication, and performance issues.
• Optimize storage performance, capacity planning, deduplication, compression, and lifecycle management.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, backup validation, ransomware recovery readiness, and business continuity initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, virtualization, database, cloud, security, and application teams on enterprise projects.
• Lead storage assessments, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish operational standards and best practices.
• Manage vendor escalations and support enterprise change management activities
