Responsibilities
- Create and maintain file shares, quotas, and permissions in line with standards.
- Support file, block, and object storage provisioning using approved runbooks.
- Assist with storage migrations and cutovers, including validation and documentation.
- Monitor incidents and alerts, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate as needed.
- Execute standard change requests and keep configuration and CMDB records updated.
