Role DescriptionSTONE MASONRY ENGINEER
Experience: 10+ years
Role Purpose
Provide technical leadership for granite masonry, stone placement, alignment
and erection.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop stone masonry methodologies.
● Review stone block dimensions and tolerances.
● Supervise block placement and alignment.
● Monitor joints, locking and interfaces.
● Coordinate traditional masonry workmanship.
● Inspect workmanship.
● Coordinate stone mock-ups/trials.
● Resolve site stone-related technical issues.
● Coordinate with structural and architectural teams.
● Maintain installation records.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred.
Essential Experience
Granite construction, traditional stone masonry, temple/monument construction
and large stone erection.
KPIs
● Stone installation accuracy.
● Workmanship quality.
● Productivity.
● Reduction of rework.
● Compliance with approved methodology.
Profile
Hands-on stone engineering professional with strong knowledge of granite
