Stock & Quality Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
• Supervise receiving, storage, inspection, and dispatch of materials.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Inspect materials and products for basic quality and specification compliance.
• Identify and segregate damaged or rejected materials.
• Maintain stock and quality related documentation.
• Coordinate with Service, Purchase, Sales Support and other departments to resolve stock and quality issues and material dispatching.
• Ensure proper FIFO and safety.
• Prepare regular stock and quality reports for management.
• Basic computer knowledge.
