About ICFM
ICFM, a leading stock market training institute since 2012, is looking for an experienced *Stock Market Trainer* to lead the faculty team, manage academic delivery, and provide practical trading education to students.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the faculty team for equity derivatives, Technical and options trading.
- Conduct advanced training on options strategies, technical analysis, price action, and manual/HFT trading software.
- Monitor faculty performance, student progress, and training quality.
- Develop training plans, evaluate student performance, and ensure timely progress reporting.
- Ensure proper risk management practices during live-market training using company funds.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree; NISM Series certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Strong expertise in equity derivatives, options strategies, and technical analysis.
- Hands-on experience with multi-leg strategies such as Butterfly, Iron Condor, Jelly, and Ratio Trading.
- Working knowledge of HFT trading software and price action trading.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years in equity derivatives and options trading.
- Prior experience managing faculty or training teams is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience working at a stock market training institute will be preferred..
