Stock & Inventory Coordinator (Hindi Speaking)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to manage daily stock inward and outward activities, inventory records, test equipment, shipments, and stock audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily inward and outward stock transactions with proper documentation and traceability.
• Maintain stock of tools and test equipment and initiate purchase requests for shortages, defects, or replacements.
• Arrange daily shipment of products and coordinate regularly with Warehouse / Factory teams.
• Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, model numbers, part numbers, and batch numbers.
• Conduct monthly / quarterly physical stock audits and reconcile stock with system / Excel records.
• Identify missing, excess, damaged, obsolete, or unused materials.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of inventory records.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle physical stock verification and audits.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
