Role & responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating and basic queries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
• Assist guests with menu-related queries and special requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and other operations team members for smooth service.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate complaints to the reporting manager when required.
• Refill service essentials, maintain stock of cutlery and crockery, and ensure readiness of the dining area.
• Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Skills: Good communication, customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Presentable appearance and willingness to follow grooming standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
