• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors for smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
• Handle guest requests and escalate complaints to the supervisor.
• Minimise wastage and prevent breakage of restaurant equipment.
• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and teamwork while delivering consistent service standards across all outlets.
