Steward Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and clear tables as per restaurant standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Ensure guests receive their orders on time and as requested.
• Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide recommendations when required.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Assist the team during busy hours and support smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain proper grooming and a professional appearance at all times.
