Steward

• Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards and presentation guidelines.
• Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
• Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service stations are clean and properly arranged.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service areas.
• Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to basic guest requests.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Cashier, and Captain/Supervisor for smooth service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and service preparation.
• Support the team during peak hours, events, and special occasions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a good guest experience.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and workplace safety guidelines.
