Role Summary: We are hiring a Steward for Mezcalita to deliver prompt, courteous service to guests and support smooth day-to-day floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests, and assist with menu queries
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen/bar
• Serve food and beverages as per service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and equipment
• Set up and clear tables as per SOPs
• Coordinate with Captain for smooth service flow
• Handle basic guest requests and escalate issues when required
• Follow hygiene and grooming standards at all times

Requirements:

• 10th/12th pass or equivalent; hospitality certificate preferred, not mandatory
• 02 years of experience; freshers welcome
• Good communication skills; multilingual ability is a plus
• Presentable, well-groomed, and guest-service oriented
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
