Location: Bandhaura, Suhira, Madhya Pradesh 486886
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages to guests as per service standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide excellent guest service and handle guest requests professionally.
- Have good knowledge of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.
- Possess basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining/service area.
- Follow all Food Safety, Hygiene and HSE standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass mandatory.
- Candidates below 12th pass will not be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Steward / F&B Service Associate.
- Experience in a 4-star hotel or reputed/good restaurant preferred.
- 5-star hotel experience is not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage (F&B) Service.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of both Veg & Non-Veg food.
- Basic knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages.
- Presentable, courteous and customer-service oriented.
