Leadership and Supervision

• Train and guide new or junior stewards
• Assign daily tasks and manage shift schedules
• Lead shift handovers and keep communication clear between teams
• Step in to handle tough guest complaints or urgent floor issues

Operations and Quality Control

• Monitor hygiene, safety, and sanitation rules
• Check that dining, back-of-house, and kitchen areas stay clean
• Inspect equipment and report broken items for repair
