Job Summary

• Sandoz Restaurants is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed Stewards (Waiters) to join our team. The role involves providing excellent guest service, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for guests.
• Freshers who are passionate about hospitality and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and communicate orders to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
• Set up tables before service and clear tables after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Follow restaurant SOPs, food safety guidelines, and grooming standards.
• Support overall restaurant operations during busy service hours.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in restaurants, hotels, cafes, food courts, QSRs, or hospitality establishments will be preferred.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
