Steward Waiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the restaurant, and show them to their tables.
• Take orders from guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure prompt delivery of services.
• Manage waiter activities such as handling cash transactions, operating a point-of-sale system, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in F&B industry with focus on steward activities or waiter roles.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
