Role & responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.

• Allocate duties to service staff and monitor their performance.
• Brief the team before each shift regarding reservations, special requests, and daily promotions.
• Train and guide service staff on service standards and SOPs.
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

• Supervise table setup, table turnover, and overall restaurant readiness.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery.
• Monitor order accuracy and ensure proper serving procedures.
• Check reservations, guest seating, and special dining arrangements.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing.
