A reputed Airport Lounge in Mauritius is hiring dedicated and hardworking candidates for the position of Steward / Dishwasher for immediate placement.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing equipment.
• Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly.
• Support the kitchen team with general stewarding and housekeeping duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Steward, Dishwasher, Kitchen Helper, or Utility Staff in a hotel, restaurant, resort, catering company, or airport lounge.
• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
• Hardworking, responsible, and team-oriented.
