Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation professional to manage statutory compliance, tax filings, and audit coordination. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in GST, direct taxation, and financial compliance, including those who have completed articleship.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle GST compliance, including return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and reconciliations
• Manage direct taxation, including TDS, advance tax, and ITR filings
• Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns, declarations, and payments
• Support and coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
• Prepare and maintain audit schedules, documentation, and reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Track compliance deadlines through calendars and MIS reports
• Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure proper implementation
• Maintain statutory records, filings, and supporting documents
• Assist in year-end closing and financial reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• 24 years of experience in Accounts & Taxation
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• GST filings and compliance
• TDS and income tax (ITR)
• Audit support (statutory/tax audits)
• Candidates with CA Inter / CMA Inter / Articleship experience can also be considered
• Good understanding of Indian tax laws and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
