Statutory Compliance Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the courier/logistics sector.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions plans.
• Collaborate with management to resolve employee grievances and disputes in accordance with company policies.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in HR Compliance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the courier/logistics sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results.
