Statutory Compliance Executive / Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in the real estate sector.
• Manage registration processes for employees under various acts such as EPF, ESIC, and other relevant legislations.
• Coordinate renewals of registrations and maintain accurate records of compliances.
• Provide guidance on labour contracts, wages, working hours, and other employment-related matters.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in statutory compliance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building and other construction workers' labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in managing registrations under various acts like EPF, ESIC etc.
