About the Role: Manage end to end statutory and labour law compliance for multiple client accounts across India. The role requires hands on compliance experience, advanced Excel skills and accurate handling of large payroll datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate, reconcile and manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund contributions, filings and remittances within applicable deadlines.
• Handle statutory registrations, employee enrolments, KYC, exits, transfers, claims and corrections.
• Maintain multi state compliance calendars, statutory registers and audit ready records.
• Use advanced Excel to validate payroll data, prepare statutory workings and automate recurring reconciliations.
• Support inspections, respond to statutory notices and coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor labour law updates, prepare client advisories and resolve compliance queries.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client data.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in compliance consulting, payroll outsourcing or a multi client environment.
• Ability to independently manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF and multi state compliance.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Experience with statutory portals, payroll reconciliation and high volume data.
• Familiarity with AI assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, with independent validation of outputs.
• Strong analytical, documentation and client communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English and Kannada. Hindi is an advantage.
