Role & responsibilities

Designation Manager, Assurance Services

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor and develop junior staff, provide timely and effective mentoring and training
• Assist in business development efforts and collaborate with other divisions within the firm to build cross-
• functional relationships
• Build, maintain, and enhance client relationships
• Assurance Review of the financial statements
• Ensure that the work is planned, organized and performed by self and team by guiding them and
• performing reviews on deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery of work
• Demonstrate industry competence and clarity of communication
• Develop self by participating in and developing others by facilitating trainings on assurance and accounting
• standards
• Preparing engagement plan by defining time limits and allotting responsibilities to team members
• Work under strict timelines and at client locations

PROFILE

• Desired Profile:
• 5-8 years of experience in assurance practice
• Qualified CA
• Client facing experience preferred
• Willingness to travel

Skill Set: -

• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Good team management and interpersonal
