State Receivables Manager (Two Wheeler & Three Wheeler) - Stage 01

Role & responsibilities

Portfolio Management

• Monitor overall receivables performance and delinquency levels across the state.
• Drive collection strategies to achieve bucket-wise collection targets.
• Ensure control over overdue accounts and reduce roll-forward percentages.
• Analyze portfolio trends and initiate corrective actions to improve asset quality.

Collections & Recovery Management

• Manage Stage 01 delinquency accounts and ensure timely recovery of dues.
• Track daily collection performance of branches and collection teams.
• Implement early warning mechanisms to prevent accounts from slipping into higher delinquency buckets.
• Ensure effective follow-up with customers through tele-calling and field collections.

Team Management

• Guide and support Branch Collection Executives and Team Leaders.
• Conduct periodic reviews on collection performance and productivity.
• Identify training needs and ensure capability development of collection teams.
• Drive performance accountability across branches.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Branch Business Teams, Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for effective receivables management.
• Support branch teams in resolving customer disputes impacting collections.
• Ensure smooth communication between state and regional collection functions.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all collection activities are conducted as per company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
• Monitor adherence to collection processes and documentation requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations related to collections.

MIS & Reporting

• Publish periodic MIS reports on collection performance, delinquency trends, and recovery status.
• Analyze data to identify risk areas and recommend action plans.
• Present state-level collection performance during review meetings.
