Job Title -State Product Manager Kits

Experience- min 5 years in B2b,B2C, Channel sales, Govt Solar schemes ,Rooftop solar kits

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive state-wise sales and revenue targets for Rooftop Solar Kits.
• Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies, including PM Surya Ghar schemes.
• Manage and expand dealers, distributors, integrators and EPC partners.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market trends.
• Gather market feedback and coordinate with Product/R&D teams for state-specific kit requirements.
• Coordinate with SCM, Finance, Marketing, Quality and Logistics for smooth execution.
• Track sales pipeline, partner performance, market share and MIS.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• 510 years of experience in Rooftop Solar / Renewable Energy / Solar Sales.
• Strong experience in Channel Sales, Dealer/Distributor/Integrator/EPC management.
• Knowledge of Solar Kits, Modules, Inverters, BOS, Net Metering and DISCOM processes.
• Experience with PM Surya Ghar or government solar schemes will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, commercial and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned state.
