State Planning Coordinator

URGENT HIRING | STATE PLANNING COORDINATOR | AHMEDABAD And BHOPAL

Gilbarco Veeder-Root is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented State Planning Coordinator to support Service Operations through effective inventory planning, spare parts management, and coordination with supply chain, stores, and field service teams. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Spare Parts Planning. Candidates with hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP, IFS, Oracle, etc.), inventory control, stock audits, material planning, and stakeholder coordination will be preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a State Planning Coordinator to manage inventory planning, spare parts availability, and service operations across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory and maintain stock availability across locations.
• Coordinate spare part replenishment with central supply chain teams.
• Track open customer complaints/work orders and arrange spares on priority.
• Coordinate with stores and field engineers for timely material dispatch.
• Conduct stock audits, stock reconciliation, and inventory checks.
• Track defective parts and coordinate repair activities.
• Ensure accurate ERP updates, inventory records, and MIS reporting.
• Work closely with State Head, Supply Chain, Stores, and Service Teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Service Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/IFS/Oracle preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and material planning.
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
