State MIS & Reporting - Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

• Dealer ans Sub Dealer Code Creation Check all necessary SOPs and documents
• Control over all schemes, working and monitoring of various of Schemes
• Mater Data management - Daily , Weekly , Monthly reports and MIS
• Internal as well as market intelligence data
• Plan, organize, control, and manage the day-to-day operation of the MIS unit and ensure accuracy and integrity of all MIS databases.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of management and budget reports for submission to the Deputy.
• Implement new systems and procedures in order to upgrade and streamline management reporting practices.
• Manage and implement continuous improvement measures to improve the efficiency and quality of management reporting.
• Review and revise financial forms as necessary to fulfill reporting requirements.
• Manage, develop and motivate the MIS team to ensure that all unit objectives are met, including the accurate and timely completion of related administration.
• Develops new or enhancement of functional requirements for CRM to ensure requirements will enhance the customer service provided by the bank in coordination with various business users.
• Performs other duties in line with scope of work and as instructed by the direct manager.
• Implementation SAP for Marketing Activities (PR/MIGO/SES & other Systems).
• Preparing Adhoc reports
