State Marketing Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute brand visibility strategies for consumer electronics & appliances products through BTL activities such as road shows, pop-up stores, and dealer marketing.
• Manage merchandising efforts to create an engaging retail environment that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective trade marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
• Analyze performance metrics using management reporting tools to optimize future activations.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in BTL activation, brand activation, or related field (consumer electronics & appliances industry preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events like road shows or pop-up stores.
• Strong understanding of OOH (Outdoor Advertising) media planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
