3-8 years of experience in policy research, program implementation, or strategic consulting within government, PSUs, academia, international organizations, or private-sector firms. Skills and Expertise - Strong analytical and policy evaluation skills to assess the effectiveness of social welfare schemes. Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including state governments, NGOs, and implementing agencies. Experience in monitoring and evaluation of government programs. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting for policy recommendations. Willingness to travel extensively to different states and districts for Programme assessment.
