Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Vertical: Affordable LAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive state-level Affordable LAP business across Madhya Pradesh and achieve business targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team across assigned locations.
• Drive sourcing through Open Market, DSA, Connectors & Channel Partners.
• Expand business presence and develop new markets across MP.
• Monitor team productivity, disbursements, and portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations & Collections teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending.
• Strong Affordable LAP experience is preferred.
• Proven state-level business management and team handling experience.
• Strong open market sourcing and DSA network.
• Good knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh market.
• Local candidates preferred.
