Purpose of the job:

Leading Sales and Business for Retail Sales in Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

The State Head (TMT Products) will lead a team of 20-30 members to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen the distributor and dealer network within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20-30 sales professionals.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
• Expand market presence through effective channel management and new business development.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements to drive growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business execution.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in TMT Steel, , Cement, or related industries.
• Proven track record in channel sales, distribution management, and team leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
