Role & responsibilities

State Head - Complete State with 50 + on roll employees and 200+ Off Roll Employees

Manage Complete State Business Operations for Customer Acquisition and Cross Sell, Revenue 100 Million +

Manage, Train & Develop Sales Team of Area Managers, Cluster Managers and District Managers

Manage & Expand Dealer Network in State thru POS, DSA & Pine Labs

Manage Key Account Relationship of State

• Execution of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
• Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the location
• Leading and managing a team of Area Manager, Cluster Manager & District Managers across the State.
• Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the state.
• Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.

• Provide leadership and supervision to subordinates.
• Anticipate patterns and links to look beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications.
• Generates new and innovative solutions to complex problems; takes new perspective using existing solutions; use best practice and knowledge.
• Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to subordinates and colleagues.
