Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team to achieve sales targets and active the bank branch.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for selling insurance products through bank channels.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners, customers, and internal teams to drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in bancassurance sales or related field.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in insurance sales or team handling roles.
• Strong understanding of the Indian insurance industry, particularly in the area of life insurance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
