Job Title: State Head (Franchise Acquisition) - Rest Of Maharashtra

Location: Pune

What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining strong business partner relationships, enhancing business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires the capacity to manage and lead a team effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong business partner relationships and enhance business growth of Authorized Partners (APs) in accordance with the business plan.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and activation support to APs, ensuring their optimal performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and procedural compliance.
• Monitor daily MIS reports, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Drive service excellence to boost equity business, control retention, and enhance cross-selling of third-party products through APs.
• Engage, motivate, develop, lead, and drive business with the team.
• Develop consistent operations and ensure service excellence.
• Foresee the execution of planned activities and manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Conduct seminars/events and travel to meet partners within the assigned territory

Who you are:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in sales in financial industry
• Good knowledge of financial market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a large sales team.
• Comprehensive understanding of the stock market, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Client-centric approach with a focus on relationship building.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
