State Head - Corporate Sales (Insurance Broking)

An IRDAI-licensed direct insurance broker is hiring a State Head to lead and scale its corporate insurance business across Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities:
- Own revenue growth for the corporate insurance business across the assigned states
- Lead a large multi-function team across sales, servicing and operations
- Own end-to-end corporate insurance portfolios across property, liability, marine, employee benefits and specialised lines
- Build and deepen relationships with corporate clients, insurers and channel partners
- Drive new client acquisition alongside retention and portfolio profitability.

Screening focus: A demonstrated Gross Written Premium (GWP) portfolio of Rs 10-15 crore or more. Please share your current GWP figure with your application.
