State Head - Commercial Vehicle Loans

Role & responsibilities

• Own the state-level business targets for commercial vehicle loans.
• Drive disbursement, AUM, profitability, and portfolio growth.
• Build and manage a strong sales team across branches/locations.
• Develop relationships with dealers, OEMs, DSAs, brokers, and other channel partners.
• Expand the commercial vehicle loan business through new markets and customer segments.
• Monitor branch/team performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Ensure proper credit quality, documentation, collections coordination, and portfolio hygiene.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and product performance.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, Risk, Collections, and Product teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales managers and branch teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Typically 8-15+ years of experience in commercial vehicle finance, vehicle loans, retail lending, or NBFC/banking.
• Strong dealer/channel network and understanding of the commercial vehicle market.
