ABOUT THE ROLE

BHIMSI Foundation is looking for dynamic, responsible and target-oriented State Head Coordinators to lead coordination activities across an assigned state.

The State Head Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with District Managers, vendors and sales teams, monitoring project activities, supporting lead conversion and helping expand BHIMSI Foundation's social-impact projects across the state.

This is a leadership and performance-based opportunity for candidates who have strong communication, networking, coordination and team-management abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with District Managers across the assigned state.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with District Managers, vendors and sales teams.
• Monitor daily/weekly sales leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Support District Managers and sales teams in converting leads and closing sales.
• Coordinate promotion and sales activities for:
  
• Digital Door Number Plate Project
• BHIMSI Vehicle Life Saver QR Code Project
• Build strong coordination between state, district and local-level teams.
• Monitor district-wise performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Conduct regular online meetings and performance follow-ups.
• Collect and review daily/weekly reports from District Managers.
• Prepare consolidated state-level performance updates.
• Motivate District Managers and sales teams to achieve assigned targets.
• Assist in appointment and development of district/local-level teams where required.
• Coordinate with vendors and project partners for smooth execution.
• Support customer, partner and vendor relationship management.
• Help expand the project's network across districts, talukas and local communities.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned state-level targets and performance.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in team coordination, sales, business development, NGO/social-sector work or field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple District Managers simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
• Good reporting, planning and organizational skills.
• Strong networking and people-management abilities.
• Knowledge of multiple Indian languages will be an advantage.
• Existing district-level, NGO, business or community networks will be an advantage.
