Job Description:

• Manage staffing vendors and external recruitment partners.
• Coordinate manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handle vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and relationship management.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor vendor compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth workforce operations.
• Maintain staffing reports, MIS, and vendor documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
