About the Role

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools, with a strong ability to execute photoshoots and produce engaging online content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and edit engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, and customer testimonials) including conducting online photoshoots.
• Manage and grow social media channels across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives and B2B lead generation strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build marketing funnels, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Track performance, conduct market research, and optimize content for better engagement and audience reach.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation (L2 level experience).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Content Creation: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design/video editing tools; ability to perform and edit photoshoots.
• Digital Tools: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and CRM/automation tools (e.g., Zoho).
• Key Traits: Strong communication, creative storytelling, analytical mindset, and project management skills.

Salary Range: ₹3.0 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA
