Analyze optical measurement and 3D inspection data.
Correlate vision results with motion and process parameters.
Identify trends, anomalies, and systemic issues.
Statistical Performance Quality Analytics
Define KPIs: detection rate, false calls, repeatability, drift.
Perform SPC, capability analysis, and Gage RR.
Validate inspection thresholds and decision limits.
Data Integrity Traceability
Ensure synchronization of vision inspection and motion data.
Validate data completeness and consistency.
Support audits, customer reviews, and qualification activities.
Continuous Improvement
Provide data-driven feedback to vision and motion teams.
Support recalibration, tuning, and long-term monitoring.
Assist in yield improvement and reliability studies.
Database and storage Industrial 4.0 compatible
Mandatory Qualifications:
Nice to Have
Experience with AOI, optical metrology, or electronics inspection.
Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, or reliability engineering.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data visualization tools.
