Staff Software Engineer (SDE-3) 2 openings · Cosmofeed / SuperProfile.bio · Gurgaon About the role SuperProfile helps thousands of creators run their businesses — payments, memberships, courses, and bookings — on a platform handling 500M+ requests a day. We're a small, senior engineering team, and we're hiring two Staff Engineers to own major parts of the product end-to-end. What you'll do - Own significant systems from design to production — you'll build it, ship it, and run it. - Work across the full stack and the infrastructure behind it, with no handoffs over the wall. - Build in high-stakes areas like payments and AI-powered products, where correctness and reliability genuinely matter. - Set the technical bar and mentor a small team of strong engineers. What we're looking for - 6+ years of experience building and operating backend or full-stack systems at scale. - Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, databases, and reliability — you design for failure, not just the happy path. - Comfort across the stack: backend, modern frontend when needed, and cloud infrastructure. - Real, hands-on experience building AI agents from scratch — text and voice — beyond simply calling an API. - Strong expertise with Claude Code or similar AI coding agents; you use them daily to force-multiply yourself. - A track record of shipping pragmatic, maintainable code with security and cost as first-class concerns.
