Staff Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale backend systems using Node.js and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop high-quality code by following best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to company's coding guidelines.

Job Requirements :

• 10-17 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Node.js, AWS, OOPS concepts.
• Strong understanding of design patterns (Microservices) for scalable architecture.
• Experience working on complex projects involving system design and implementation.
